Common questions.

One DICOM series received and processed by Neurmorph. A single CT chest is one study. Scout images or duplicate series are not billed.
You don't pay for studies where Neurmorph generates no annotation. More importantly: the radiologist still reads the scan — Neurmorph is a pre-annotation tool, not a gating mechanism. A missed finding by the model does not mean the finding goes unreported. We track false-negative rate per site and share that data in monthly reporting.
Yes. On-premise deployment is available in the Department tier and above. We migrate your data flow configuration at no cost.
BAA is included in Department and Network. Starter customers can request it; we sign same day.
