Compiler API — elevated latency (23 minutes)

Compilation jobs for large models (>256K parameters) experienced elevated queue latency of 3–8× normal due to a mis-configured autoscaling threshold. No jobs were dropped or incorrectly compiled. Resolved by correcting autoscaling configuration at 14:41 UTC.

Developer Console — degraded login (41 minutes)

Authentication service experienced intermittent failures for approximately 41 minutes due to a certificate renewal race condition. Affected users could not log in to the pilot console during the window. Resolved via manual certificate rotation.

SDK Distribution — PyPI rate limit (15 minutes)

A burst of install requests triggered PyPI download rate limits for the neurmorph-sdk package. Downloads returned 429 for approximately 15 minutes. Resolved by activating the CDN mirror fallback.
